Important Information
Payment of a flat fee does not, by itself, create an attorney–client relationship or obligate Cathcart Estate Planning LLC to provide legal services unless and until a written engagement agreement has been executed by both the client and the firm.
Flat fees apply only to the specific scope of services described in the engagement agreement. Additional services, revisions outside the agreed scope, or future legal matters are not included unless expressly stated in writing.
Cathcart Estate Planning LLC does not store or have access to clients' full payment card information. Payment processing services are provided by independent third-party vendors, and their privacy and security practices are governed by their own terms and policies.
